We intentionally do not have a signiture styel.  I believe my job is to find the thread gifted to us by the site, the exterior and the people and then curate and am often asked what my style. My response is simple: I like any and all design styles.   Truly.  The important point of clarity is that style needs to feel authentic to the site, the exterior and the people who live, work or play there.  I believe any good designer should be able to pull out the throuline of a paticular project and design to that details.  My personal style is clean lined and simple detailing. with thoughtful layering and bold tedtures.  I love a modern home with ariasn made furniture, patined metals and hand thrown pottery.  I also love natural light and views.  Taryn believes that everyone she works with feels like their home reflects themselves, not a brand or just the designer’s point of view. 

This unique bacakground have all led to Taryn she is the well-rounded designer and business owner she is today.  West Acre was built on the idea that every client, site and interior is distinct.  As a studio, we intentionally do not have a branded style.
