Clever design solutions were key when designing this new build. Without building additional square footage, we increased the feeling of space by blurring the boundaries of indoor and out. Double french doors create a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor living and a covered portico ensures al fresco dining can be enjoyed year round. To minimize millwork costs, ready-made bookshelves were selected early in the design process and the fireplace was purpose-built to their exact specifications - giving the homeowners space to proudly display their every-changing collection of art and treasures.
